The first part of the process is your prep work. We’ll send over some questionnaires for you to complete so we can get all the information we need about your project. You should anticipate giving yourself 2 weeks to complete the prepwork.

The day is here!! Our team will complete your roadmap all on this day. We’ll need to be able to reach you via chat or quick phone calls, so be sure you pick a day when you’re in the office and able to respond to messages.
pREP CALL
Once you complete your prep work, we’ll hop on a prep call to review your prep work together. We’ll create a prioritized list of tasks tailored to your needs for us to accomplish on your VIP Day. We’ll also be able to get any other unresolved questions answered on this call.
REVIEW CALL
After your brand new systems are setup, we'll hop on a walkthrough review call. We'll train you so you aren't left with a confusing system but are empowered to utilize it effectively. Everything is will be recorded and documented so you can refer back to it or train your team members!
